Dragon Fruit Smoothie

I’ve gone from green to lilac coloured drinks and I must say I’m loving mixing things up!
Who would have thought that simply making a smoothie could make you feel so dang good. Look… it’s no magic potion that’s going to make your bum smaller or your 6 pack suddenly appear, it’s just a mindful approach to maintaining a little healthy balance and enjoying some me time. They say “you are what you eat” well I believe that when you take the time to prepare something, appreciate it and then sit and take the time to enjoy it…… that’s truly something worth doing everyday.

So… Let’s do exactly that.

1 Frozen banana
1/2 Dragon Fruit
Handful of blueberries
1 Tablespoon of natural yoghurt
1 Half slice of watermelon
1 cup Coconut Water.

For the top:
1 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbl Spoon of Carman’s Gluten Free Museli

It doesn’t get much easier than that, whiz it all together and then layer your museli and chia seeds on top. This makes a great smoothie bowl so double the recipe and enjoy in the mornings with sliced fresh fruit, natural yoghurt and extra museli on top!
